Preps was not done due to absence of power, manual work was done on time.
It was issued on time which was porridge to all pupils and students.
It was done on time then children went to class to take their normal lessons, but teachers met shortly with the Director. It was when we had a story of Dinah Odera running out of school.
Was their or small children with their teacher then normal break for the whole school then normal classes.
Was issued on time to all of the children then normal classes was done, again teachers met shortly then they went to their normal duties.
It was a day of games but the children did not attend to due to the weather changes (rain), after the rain manual work was done properly.

It was served on time with no complain.
It was done successfully because of power all over, and then went for prayers.
I propose that we should have disinfectant for washing toilets. Total attendance was 97 girls 91 boys. Total 188.
TUESDAY 21ST JANUARY 2014
Both students and pupils woke up at 4. 45 am. They prepared for 15 minutes and at exactly 5.00 am, they were settled in their classes. It was well conducted and ended at 6.00 am. After that they carried their manual work.
It was well served on time. It was porridge to all students and pupils. Nobody missed.
It was well conducted by the teachers concerned who were: Mr. Wambia, Mr. George and Madam Misper. We had some few issues that came up for example theft.
After the first two lessons, we had a break of 30 minutes. Both students and pupils were relaxed. After break they were punctually in their classes.
It was served on time which was githeri, ugali with sukuma wiki. Pupils and teachers took their meals in the dining hall. The food was enough for all. After the meal the classes resumed as usual. During lunch time, the language department led by the Director of Studies (Madam Mildred Wabwile) had a meeting.
It was supposed to be guiding and counselling, but due to weather changes, it wasn’t carried out after it had rained, manual work was carried out as usual.

Was well served on time and there wasn’t any complain.
It was carried out successfully apart from few students and pupils who were sick. It ended at exactly 9.00pm and they went to dormitories to rest. Few pupils and students remained for prayers up to 10.20 pm.

WEDNESDAY 22ND JANUARY 2014
They woke up at 4.45 am. They prepared for 15 minutes. At 5.00am, they were settled in their classes carrying out their studies up to 6.00 am after which they carried out their manual work.
It was served on time by uncle who was assisted by the dining prefects. It was porridge and two slices of bread per pupil.
Both students and pupils were on parade on time. Class four pupils conducted the morning prayers. Normal classes resumed on time.
After the first two lessons, there was a break of 30 minutes. Pupils and students were seen to be relaxed, after which they resumed to their classes.
Was served on time which was githeri and bananas. The food was delicious and it was enough to everyone. Teachers had a Bible study in the library which was conducted by Pastor Geoffrey.
It was a day of ‘mjadala’. The high school students assembled in the chapel for their discussion while the primary pupils from class 4-8 assembled in class 8. Mathematics department had a meeting together with science department in the library. Those who attended include Madam Mildred Chepkwemoi, Madam Mildred Wabwile, Madam Pamela, Madam Misper, Mr. Brian and Mr. George. After games manual work was done on time.

Supper was ready and served on time by uncle together with the dining prefects and some few students. There was no complaining.
It was well and successfully attended apart from few of the pupils who were un well. It ended at 9.00 pm. Prayers took about one and a half hours.

THURSDAY 23RD JANUARY 2014
Both students woke up at 4.45 am. They prepared for 15 minutes, then later on resumed for their preps at exactly 5.00am as from standard four to form four apart from a few who were sick. The preps ended at 6.00am and then manual work was carried on.
It was well served and on time by uncle and the dining prefect. It was porridge to everyone. Teachers had a cup of tea with mandazi. They later settled in their classes at around 7.15am.
Some classes had a class meeting conducted by the class teachers. Some of the issues that came up wert as follows: theft, noise making hygiene and lack of respect.
After the first two lessons, there was a break of 30 minutes from 10.20 am to 10. 50am. During this time, teachers had a tea break with escort. After the break, they resumed their classes on time.
Lunch was ready and served on time. It was githeri and ugali. Some teachers ate with our students/pupils in the chapel a part from those of humanity department who had a meeting in the library. During that time at around 1.30 pm, students/pupils had mathematics discussion while others like class 8 had a speed test issued by Mr. George.
During games time, we had societies. Students and pupils assembled in the chapel where they had a wonderful service. It was conducted by pastor. Geoffrey. Due to this fellowship we didn’t have prayer because time was so much spent. After the fellowship, they deed their manual work.
It was served on time which was ugali and sukuma wiki/pumpkin leaves. All of the pupils received supper. There was no complain.
It was well attended apart from a few who were un well like Marion in the dometry. Preps ended at 9.00 p.m. some students and pupils went for prayers up to o 10.30 pm.

FRIDAY 24TH JANUARY 2014
Both students and pupils woke up at 4.45 am, used 15 minutes for preparation and settled at 5.00 am. The preps ended at 6.00am. After preps they carried out their manual work.
It was ready and served on time. Everyone got. Teachers had a cup of tea with escort. They later settled in their classes ready to learn.
It was attended on time whereby the candidate classes were reminded of the coming of their parents on Saturday (25/1/2014) pupils from standard 4 went for PP1 after parade.
After the first two lessons both pupils and children went for 30 minutes break. Teachers had a tea break at this time. They then settled in class ready to learn.
It was well prepared and served on time. Teachers had their meeting during this time in the library. They were talking about parents meeting tomorrow on 25th January 2014.also talked about performance and exam analysis. Upper primary at 1.30 pm had Mathematics discussion where by class 6, 7 and 8 had a speed test. This is just to improve on academic performance.
After the two lessons we all assembled in the chapel for officially releasing of CAT 1 exams. The bets students who were position1 were rewarded a book. Pastor Geoffrey ended up with encouragement word of God. He then later prayed for the students and pupils. We didn’t have prayers because of prolonged releasing of exam.
Was served on time. None missed. After supper, they settled in their classes for evening preps.

The day was nice apart from few pupils who failed to follow the instructions. The attendance was 114 girls and 96 boys. Totaling to 210.
SATURDAY 25TH JANUARY 2014
Both students and pupils went for prayers at 5.30 am. It was conducted by Pastor Geoffrey. It ended at around 6.40 am.
At around 6.50 to 7.30am, they took their breakfast which was porridge. After breakfast, some students, pupils, teachers went to the farm to work. They were around 50 in number. The candidates of form 4 and class 8 remained because of parents’ day.
After the breakfast, the students and pupils who remained assembled together and were assigned some duties by the teacher on duty (Mr. George). All the classes, dormitories and school compound were cleaned.
Some parents reported on time while the majority of them came late. Each was shown the progress of his/her child. After that the meeting was held on both the two candidates’ class. Parents were being reminded about the needs of their children like printing papers, exam fees, text books, geometrical sets, calculators, graph books e.t.c.
Parents promised to support their children to ensure that they are doing well. During the meeting they were served with a soda and two packets of biscuits each. The meeting ended at 3.30 pm then the parents departed.
The student and pupils who remained were served with githeri which was enough to everybody.
At 6.00 pm they assembled for evening prayers conducted by pastor. Geoffrey.
It was served but it delayed a little. Everyone was served.

SUNDAY 26TH JANUARY 2014
Students and pupils attended the prayer session at 5.30 am. It was conducted by pastor. Geoffrey. It ended at around 6.20am.
They took their breakfast on time which was porridge and 2 slices of bread each. After it, they carried out their manual work as usual.
Sunday school- service
It was well conducted. From ECD to class 4 are the ones who attended. It was conducted by Madam Pamela, Mr. George, Emmanuel Juma and Evans Nyakweba.
The service was nice that made everyone to enjoy it. The preacher was Reverent Mutange who gave a powerful sermon. It ended at 12.40 pm.
After prayers, mummy held a meeting with the teacher on duty and from class 6 to form 4, daddy was also present. We had a discussion about ‘’the indiscipline cases. Each prefect explained the challenges that he/she was facing. Some of them include, lack of respect, poor time management, failure to follow language policy and many others.
Solutions were given by both mummy and daddy. For example some will be send home as from Monday. The meeting ended at 3.20 p.m
